Movie Review: "License to Wed"

I checked out "License to Wed" at the library last week because I enjoy Robin Williams, even though he has had several duds of movies. I enjoy his energy and humor.

This movie wasn't as bad as some of the critics make it out to be. It's the story of a newly engaged couple that begins pre-marital counseling with Reverend Frank (Robin Williams). He puts them through a pretty rigorous counseling curriculum to determine if they should get married. If they make it through the curriculum then he will marry them. Rev. Frank really heats things up, eavesdrops, and plants dissension between them. Then in the end when you think they aren't going to make it, they pull together and find each others strengths and weaknesses and how they can compliment one another.

While the premise of the movie is good, the living arrangements of the couple didn't meet my approval. The engaged couple is living together and very open about their likes and dislikes in the bedroom.
